Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using SubAccountReports ("SAR", "the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
The Service is operated by IMME Services, INC. ("we", "us", "our"). These Terms constitute a legal agreement between you and IMME Services, INC.
2. Description of Service
SubAccountReports is a reporting and analytics platform for agencies using GoHighLevel (GHL). The Service provides:
- Multi-location dashboards with aggregated metrics from your GHL sub-accounts
- Contact, pipeline, team, and revenue reports generated from live GHL API data
- Scheduled white-label PDF reports delivered via email
- Saved report configurations and cross-reference analytics
The Service requires an active GoHighLevel account. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by GoHighLevel/HighLevel Inc.
3. Account Registration
To use the Service, you must create an account and connect at least one GHL location via OAuth. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Accept responsibility for all activity under your account
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By creating a workspace, you represent that you have the authority to connect the GHL locations and access the data within them.
4. Subscription Plans and Billing
Plans
The Service is offered in tiered subscription plans (Free Trial, Starter, Pro, Agency) as described on our pricing page. Each plan includes specific limits on locations, team seats, and features.
Free Trial
New users receive a 14-day free trial with full access to one location. No credit card is required to start a trial. At the end of the trial, you must subscribe to a paid plan to continue using the Service.
Billing
Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. All prices are in US dollars.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from the Billing page. For monthly plans, you retain access until the end of your current billing period. For annual plans, cancellation is effective immediately with a prorated refund for the unused portion.
Refunds
Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable. Annual subscriptions cancelled mid-term receive a prorated refund based on the monthly rate for months used. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
Price Changes
We may change subscription prices with 30 days advance notice. Price changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the Service
- Use automated scripts to access the Service in a way that degrades performance
- Share your account credentials with unauthorized individuals
- Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the Service without our written consent
- Use the Service to collect or process data in violation of applicable privacy laws
- Circumvent any access controls, rate limits, or usage restrictions
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
6. Data and GHL Integration
The Service accesses your GHL data through OAuth authorization that you explicitly grant. You can revoke this access at any time by disconnecting the location from our Settings page or from your GHL account settings.
We query GHL data in real-time and cache it temporarily (up to 15 minutes) for performance. We do not permanently store your GHL contact records. You retain full ownership of all data within your GHL account.
The accuracy and availability of reports depends on GHL's API. We are not responsible for data inconsistencies, API outages, or changes to GHL's platform that affect the Service.
7. Scheduled Reports and Email
If you enable scheduled PDF reports, you are responsible for ensuring that all email recipients have consented to receive those reports. The reports are sent on your behalf using your configured branding. We are not responsible for the content of your reports or the accuracy of the underlying GHL data.
8. Team Members and Workspaces
Workspace owners can invite team members with assigned roles (Admin, Editor, Viewer). The workspace owner is responsible for managing team access and ensuring all team members comply with these Terms. Team members' access is subject to the seat limits of the workspace's subscription plan.
9. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its design, code, features, and documentation, is owned by IMME Services, INC. and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for its intended purpose.
You retain ownership of your data, including your GHL data, report configurations, and branding assets uploaded to the platform.
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IMME SERVICES, INC. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. We do not guarantee the accuracy of reports generated from GHL data.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless IMME Services, INC. from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or violation of any third party's rights.
13. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, fail to pay subscription fees, or if we reasonably believe your use poses a risk to the Service or other users.
You may terminate your account at any time by cancelling your subscription and contacting us to request account deletion. Upon termination, your access to the Service ceases and your data will be deleted per our Privacy Policy.
14. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Florida.
